Who know about emulsfiers 481 and 471

Just wondering if these are animal products??

Sometimes its says emulsfiers (481, 471), soy lecithen

And other times it says emulsfiers (481, 471)

It can be of animal origin (animal fat), but is often not. It's not made from dairy or eggs apparently, so looking for "suitable for vegetarians" helps sometimes.
