Help with online shoe purchase?

Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with Ragazzi shoes? I was looking at their website, www.ragazzivegan.com

They have some nice-looking, affordable shoes, but their website is weird and their marketing is sketchy. Has anyone ever ordered from their website? Or from one of their distributor's sites? Did you have a good experience? What about the shoes? Are they any good? Comfy? True to size? Thank you for your advice!

I wonder what'd they say if you emailed them and asked if they have any customer reviews of their products or if they can point you in the direction of such reviews ... if they're sketchy on this then I'd think that's a bad sign.
