We have let our membership at Sam's Club expire for two years now. I am no longer familiar with what they have there. I cook alot from scratch, though not 100%. Does sam's Club have a decent amount of stuff for vegans to justify a membership there? Is there produce section pretty nice? Can you find decent veggies there? Is there any frozen vegan ravioli or anything like that?

Well... they have large things of oil (canola, peanut, vegetable, olive, etc), spices (dried)... fruits and stuff ("fresh")... canned goods.... but as with most normal stores, about 95% of the frozen stuff is either meat, or has eggs/dairy in it.
And each club is slightly different. When I was in a larger town (5 Sam's clubs within a 20 minute drive), they each carried slightly different goods.

They also have Silk, cereal, bread, snacks, etc. Ours has a decent selection of fruits and veggies. Not great. I use my Sam's Club membership mainly to buy things like TP, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.

Once mine expires I'm not going to renew it. I find that the raw bulk foods they DO have are not much cheaper, if at all. In the midwest, most of the frozen/refrigerated section is meat & dairy. The produce section is alright & usually very fresh, but it's nothing you can't get at the local grocer either.
In the past few years it seems as though they have less whole foods & more processed items, just in giant vats or 10 pound boxes.

We pick up fresh & frozen produce, juice, rice, and coffee. We mostly keep our membership for the gas, tires, & other non-food goods.

Since I discovered Smart and Final, I haven't had much of a reason to go to Sam's or Costco. There is no membership fee, either.
