i've used these flavored oils for awhile, and i thought i'd post about them, since they really add a nice flavor, or change to meals! Consorzio also has salad dressings and marinades, though i've only tried one dressing, and it was pretty tasty!

so try some basil or rosemary oil.. they're really good.. :lick:

Yep these products are the best, especially the roasted garlic oil. For full disclosure I am biased because my company makes them! Thanks for noticing and posting about them here. Not many people know about these products (or at least not as many as should), even though they are in many natural food stores.

The flavored oils, marinades and dressings are all great additions to variety in a veggie diet. Lots of veggies use the marinades as a high quality stir fry sauce.
