Are there any brands you recommend? Is it okay to buy a cheap one?

I can't recommend one other than the Urban Rebounder - I know a lot of people who love it. I DO know that cheap ones are that - cheap. They will bust on you, and you are better off investing in something that will last. Have fun!

I bought my first one at Sears. I paid $25 for it on sale. It lasted about 2-3 years. I ordered my second one on QVC for $35 about 3 years ago and it's still going strong. It appears to be exactly like the Sears one. Neither are name brands. I love my workouts on the trampoline!

I wonder if ebay would have any. Sometimes I search by distance so avoid shipping costs. Ive been thinking of getting a tramp too.

Urban Rebounder is strongest, has balance rail, safest. I have enjoyed mine. It was the first "exercise" I could do after a stroke. I started walking in place. The CDs that came with it are excellent. I got mine off of HSN.

Forgive my ignorance but what kind of exercise do you do on a trampoline? We have one at my gym; I would love to try it but not sure what I could do with it. I thought it was for gymnastics. :)
