From your other post in "Raising vegetarian kids" I suppose you're not so much interested in a cook book that children would use to cook from, but just a veg*n recipe book with child-friendly recipes (since your kids are still very young).
I would recommend "Vive le Vegan!" by Dreena Burton. It has many child-/family-friendly recipes, and also a whole chapter on veg*n baby and toddler nutrition!
