hey hey guys.
haven't been on in a while (not that anyone cares)
but could any one give me some pointers on legs and gludius maximus(or however u spell it) excercise?

Lunges....I keep being told that lunges will get everything at the same time and they're powerful too! Maybe that's why I don't do them...they get you tired pretty fast :-)

Upper: Lunges, Squats, Straight Leg Deads, Leg Curls, Leg Extentions, Leg Presses
Lower: seated calf raises, standing weighted calf raises
