How did you eat it? (method of preparation, if any)

i always just do a stir-fry.. put some water in a pot, add some frozen veggies and chunks of tofu and then add some onions, garlic and soy sauce.. get it nice and hot and then dump it on some brown rice. mmm! i must make this 3-4 times a week

Thats my favorite tofu as well. I tend to just make tofu scramble. Drain it, break it up, add some salt, pepper, garlic, bit of curry powder, some other spices, onion slivers, maybe a diced pepper... mmmm..!

the last time i bought that tofu, it went bad a few days after i bought it - the package bloated up.. dangit!
it is really good tofu otherwise..
Marjon is another good brand of tofu as well - so long as you stay away from the baked/flavored stuff - ick! i also get another brand from a local korean grocer - i can't remember what it is, but it's quite good as well.

i like to cut the tofu up into slabs, strips, diced or cubed.. and then i marinade and fry it up in a skillet - very yummy that way! Or you can bread it and bake it in the oven - still yummy and less fat than frying.
