These rule! I love 'em in all flavors. You can get 'em cheap, a la ramen, or you can buy them as bowls for a little more (as little as $.99 at Trader Joe's), and they are so easy to make at work.

I had one (I forgot what flavor) and I really liked it.....I don't remember where I got it but I'll check out Trader Joe's.

Funny, the only place I have ever seen those is at a Trader Joe's - and there's no trader joe's around here! (the one i went to was in chicago)... So I've only had one.. can't remember what flavor but it was good.
I'm annoyed that so many of their noodle packets have dairy in them! I don't remember half the flavors having dairy in them before either.. *sigh*

Odd. I don't think I've ever seen one of their Noodle Bowls having dairy in them. Are you sure we're talking about the same product?

I love these! I wont eat them right now because it is too hot out, but they are perfect in the winter. I love the ones with the most garlic. And they are so simple to make. Perfect lunch.

Good with an apple on the side, tho'.

Mmm.. that's the one thing that my lousy grocery store does manage to carry. They're so good, especially if you mix in a few Litelife chick'n strips. mmm

I tend to get a lot of their rice ramen packets, Bangkok Curry being my favorite. Read the back though, one of them has shrimp in it, I think it's the Lemon Grass one.

i love those  they also come in baggies w/o the bowl. (cheaper) I agree w/ fenguin, really read the back. I know theres 2 very similar flavors...i think garlic and thai garlic...and one has dry milk in it.

Probably the Thai Garlic has milk in it, kinda like Thai iced tea.

I was talking about the ramen-style packets, not the bowls there.

Evidently the Thai Garlic might. I just bought some more bowls this afternoon. I should have checked the ramen-style packets out of curiosity.

All have dairy??? Are you only talking about the Ramen-style packages, because I just bought some noodle bowls this weekend, and they're still vegan.

Understatement! I wish every company had a webpage like that one!

the place where 46 gets hers i think has a very limited selection of thai kitchen products and i think it was the ramen packets she was talking about.

yup he's right for the first time :p
i get the ramen rice noodle ones and i said all *except* the garlic and onion have dairy. unless you throw out the seasoning packet and just eat the noodles but that wouldnt make sense
its not limited freak. the only one henry's does not have is mushroom medley. yum that sounds good.

I like these soups alot! I ate way too many of them this past winter, and I kind of burnt myself out on them for a while (I tend to do that with products that are good and easy) but I think it's time to buy some more.

These are nice products. We just picked some up recently and noticed the change in the ingredient statements that relate to sodium. The stated sodium levels have doubled to tripled from where they were recently. They made a package change which probably now more accurately tells you what is inside the bowl. I believe that they had been calling out 400mg per package for some time, and the actual numbers now are about 1,200. Their prior packaging was incorrect, significantly understating sodium levels. There is a reason they taste so good!

way too much sodium for me.

I do love those, but my favorite was the Lemongrass and Chili, which I obviously can't eat anymore. Plus, they're a bit pricey. So I bought a Thai cookbook and now I just buy plain rice noodles and make my own sauce. Frozen drained tofu, peanuts, water chestnuts, and sprouts all fried in soy sauce and hot chili oil is a great topping, and Thai-flavored soup/sauce is pretty easy to make. Throw in some lemongrass, ginger, chili, soy sauce, and flax oil (helps give it the fishy/earthy taste of most asian sauces). You can add basil, kafir lime leaves, mint, etc. Make up a huge batch at once and defrost as needed.

I love their rice noodle bowls, but I haven't seen their ramen packages around here. I wouldn't mind trying the vegetarian ones, since their bowls are so good.
