This was a magical weekend

This weekend me and my girlfriend went up to the moutains and went hiking. I had such an amazing experinece, while hiking up this canyon about 30 to 60 elk passed about 20 ft from us. it was such a moving experince to see these maginfincent animals. how anyone could hurt this beutiful and strong and majestic animals i dont now. it was so moving i wanted to share it. does anyone else have a experince like this. i would love to hear about it thanks. it was almost like it didnt feel real it was amazing. i thank mother nature for sharing something lilke that with me.

The closest experience I had to do this was a drive-thru safari ... a huge bison stuck his whole head in through my window because we spilled the food in the middle console of the car. :lol:

It scared the crap out of me ... but it was fun.

We own land in the moutains, so I've had a lot of similar experiences very often. It is amazing.

That sounds really amazing, what you saw. I wish Wisconsin had mountains. *sigh*
