Hi all,
I'm curious if anyone has any thoughts on supplements or foods to increase the intake of for someone who has began to train for endurance events like a 1/2 marathon?
Both my husband and I are on training plans to get us ready to run a 1/2 marathon next year. I'm pretty much coming from the couch, he cycles alot. Aside from mulit vitamins neither of us really consume anything geared at aiding our performance or training recovery----any thoughts or suggestions?
