I like this product a lot. Soft and tasty, not overly sweet and quite easy to make. They're also very economical. I cut each batch into eight pieces so they're about the size of a Luna Bar. Including the cost of the unsweetened applesauce they cost about $.67 per bar. Not as cheap as making your own from scratch, but much easier.

I'll trade you a suggestion too: If you want a great muffin, pancake or quick bread, try the mixes from www.southavenfarm.com. They are all whole grain and fantastic. I make them all the time and highly recommend them.
