I was browsing around on VegCooking.com and came across a vegan alternative to honey. It's called "Just Like Honey Rice Nectar" from Suzanne's Specialties.

I have plain brown rice syrup...but I'm in love with agave nectar...OMG, that stuff is delish!

I need to try this! The rice nectar that tastes like honey, would be yummy in herbal tea...(my avatar driving me nuts, all fuzzy I think, no matter how small i make it lol- just grumbling!) excited to try this. thanks!

Mmmm... that stuff sounds real nice. But when I want honey I go for maple syrup, which tastes 1000000x better than honey. :D

Wow that's weird I was just wondering whether there was a honey substitute this morning. I had a bit of a sore throat and I know honey is supposed to be good with lemon or sage but I'm trying to go vegan!
