For those who love peanut butter and bananas (together) . . .

Suitable for a: vegan diet
Ingredients:

White flour tortilla (yeah, i said it. white flour.)
Peanut butter
Banana
Pancake/waffle syrup
Instructions:
------------------------------------------------------
Heat tortilla on a plate in the microwave for 15 - 20 seconds. Immediately spread with peanut butter (nuked tortillas tend to get chewy/tough if not spread or filled with something right away). Peanut butter will get kind of melty. Top with sliced bananas and drizzle with syrup. If you have a compulsive streak as I do, prepare so that there is peanut butter/banana/syrup in every bite. OMG.
