Eating meat sort-of negates the "veggie" title, no matter how much or how little of it there is.

Any veggie diet can be altered to include meat. After that, it just won't be a veggie diet but an omni diet.

so, even though the text under your avatar (User Title) says "why do people eat meat?", you want to join them eating meat? =/
if you do eat meat, don't call yourself a vegetarian please. we have it hard enough as it is. :)

I guess if you want a title to go with your partially meat-eating habits... semi-veg may work. Pescatarian (sp?) would be if you ate only seafood products (not chicken/pork/beef)...

if it's about the title, how about un-veg, or vegish?

love it!!!!
my answer is no. there's no way you can be a vegetarian and eat any meat.
you sound like you want to make some some of change in your diet/lifestyle, which is good for you. if you want to cut down how much meat you eat or make sure that your meat comes from 'more ethical sources' then i think that's great.
every little helps, as they say, but you would not be a vegetarian.
maybe a gentle ease into vegetariansim is the way for you!
good luck with it!!

Why would you want to include meat in your "vegetarian" diet?
