hi! I did the firm cardiosculpt. Hard!
Yesterday I also had a softball game, not much but better than nothing, we won.
Now I will go to the grocery store and buy lots of healthy vegetables and grains and legumes. Good day.

Does the American week start on a Sunday...? I'm a little baffled  ;)

1 H 15 min walk today. And.. that'd be all I've done since last Monday.....pffff

Ah well, new week.....

Some people start the "week" on Sunday here. I don't know why. I start it on Thursday. Don't ask.

I am going to dominate this week. Classes are over, my thumb injury is not so bad anymore, and I have nothing to do but watch movies and work out!

Delaware is blessed with so few pleasures, but then there is Cafe Gelato and its homemade ice cream. Plus they have water ice, and you can mix the two into a wonderful compromise of restraint.

Hiya Hamsters,

Checking in with an 8 mile run today...woohoo! Feelin good :D

Corri and rainbowmoon great work!

Azalea, the calendar week starts on Sun. but most people think of Mon. as the first day of the week...well except for Max:rolleyes:

Max, I sprained my thumb last week...you just don't realize how much you need it till you can't use it! It's been a real pain in the

Did a short hill run despite the fact I was going to take the day off. I didn't push too hard, though. I'll do some yoga before bed.

Great way to start the week, those of you that have posted so far! :)

Since we are FINALLY having nice weather here for a change, I am going to walk on the nature preserve today. The rest of the week it is going to rain so I will be trapped in the gym - I will be off on my lifting schedule, but I don't care. I just can't face the gym smell today.

Hi! How's everybody doing? No injured or sick hamsters I hope!

Monday: 10 mile bike ride

CaptainSwab, I'm never going to learn! Sunblock! Today I burned the tops of my feet at the pool. Didn't do any hamstering there. Just read a book and watched my son swim.

Hey Hamsters,

Today was my day off :D

Sky, so far my injury seems to have healed and gone away! Hope everyone else is doing good too!
Hamsters, you gotta start using that sunscreen! I should talk...but I'm not very fair & rarely burn...still I try to always remember to put it on, don't want skin cancer
Pool! I can't wait till the pools can open...to cold yet....but soon:D

I ran around the block without stopping! I'm so amazingly proud of myself. Good job, corri!

Sky, LOL. Isn't it amazing what will burn on your body? All the places you never think of to put on sunscreen....

I'm taking the entire week off of all physical activity to let my knee heal. I have a half marathon on Saturday and I don't want to re-screw up any body parts before then.

Hey Corri, great job with that running. :D
