Has anyone seen these arriving in the grocery stores the past week or so?
The bad news: out of the six entrees currently available, only ONE is vegetarian.
The good news: that one vegetarian entree is vegan.
So...our only option right now is Black Bean Mango. Sounds pretty tasty! ;) I think we can pressure Kashi to do more veg*n meals.
Anyone tried it yet?

My mom bought this for me while I was visiting last month. It was definitely tasty, but not good enough that I'd spend almost four dollars on it.

well, at least they are trying. I would kill for a good vegetable pot pie.

I tried it. I liked it. They are a bit pricey though as frozen dinners go. For the same price I could get a tub of hummus and pita and eat for a week!

Morningstar Farms made a chik'n pot pie and a chili & corn bread pot pie but I think they've stopped. They weren't bad but they only had crust on top, I like my crust all the way around. :lick:
Amy's makes quite a few pot pies. Some grocery stores carry them (in the health food section) but a health food store is probably your best bet.

You guys are right about the price. It is steep for one frozen entree. I'm a little surprised that Kashi only has one veg option though. I'm going to try it this weekend and then see if I can "copy" it on my own!;)

I'm glad there aren't any over-priced, over-packaged veg meals.
