Yoga DVD

Hi all, can anyone recommend a good beginners Yoga DVD? I live in the UK but can order from states, we have region free dvd player.

I used to take a private pilates class and eventually will do it again, but I need something to do at home. I think Id like to mix it up a bit and do both, yoga at home and pilates in a class.

Hi, I'm a big yoga nut. I find what I like in a video is not always what other's like. But I'll tell you my favorate. Crunch Gyms has three videos out with the instructor Sara Ivanhoe. I find her instruction to be right on and work out very nice.

I like Seane Corn and Eoin Finn. Eoin has a two disc DVD out wher eyou can pick and choose a routine. And when you say beginner..you just take everything to whatever level you are working at.
