Need Recommendations!

Anybody have a massage lotion or oil or similar product you think is fantastic? I need some recommendations! Nothing too girly as I'm making a couple of baskets--one for a friend of mine and her fiance to take with them to Hawaii on their honeymoon and one for my bf (my friend can't have all the fun, can she?)

There are just so many different kinds out there!!! I'm thinking of putting 4 or 5 different lotions/oils/body sprays in each basket along with a couple different massaging implements (is there any way to say that WITHOUT it sounding perverted? )

I did this for christmas a while back and I ended up making them myself...I got some recipes from different sources and used almond oil and jojoba and essential oils to make different scents...let me know if you want specific suggestions.

Oooh...that sounds neat, Portabella. I'm looking for something that's not overly scented, so making it myself would let me control how strong the scent is.

Is it just a 50/50 combo of almond and jojoba oils? What about spoilage--without any preservatives, would the oils get rancid? Obviously, I know nothing about making your own massage oil. LOL.

Have you ever checked out www.veganromance.com? They have massage oils, and all kinds of intimate things. I got friends the "Love" basket from Pangea for their wedding and it had a little bottle of unscented masage oil ( which could be mixed with any essential scent ). I didn't want to give them a gift that was too "girly" or perfumey, they loved it! I think the basket is a reat idea...now if someone would get one for my husband and I :love:
