(Before I start this rant, I am referring to Alternative Baking Company's Double Chocolate Decadence Cookie (http://www.alternativebaking.com/index2.cfm))
Okay, so here's the thing. You will either love these cookies or hate them. It will likely depend on whether you prefer crunchy cookies or chewy cookies.
I happen to fall into the latter category, as I will only eat soggy food. If I get a bag of chips, I soak them in water. If I get crusty, crunchy bread (a french loaf or such), I will submerge it until practically dissolved. :hungry:
Anyway, these cookies tend to be extremely chewy. I tend to not like vegan cookies that much, but the chocolate is REALLY good. As mentioned, they are vegan and are not ridiculously high in fat (roughly 30% calories from fat).
On a scale of 1 to 5 egg replacers, I give them a 5.
