Ingredients:
------------------------------------------------------

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
7 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup vanilla soymilk
1 cup cold water

Instructions:

Instructions:
-----------------------------------------------------
Mix the dry ingredientstogether. Add the wet ingredients and stir really well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cook in a 9" pan. If desired, while it is still (very) warm, drizzle homemade chocolate sauce over it. The sauce will seep into the top of the cake and around the sides and to the bottom, causing it to be sort of covered in a chocolate layer. If you like walnuts or pecans, or even coconut, feel free to add on top of the chocolate sauce!

It should be a very moist, sweet cake. The vinegar is essential, don't try to take it out. Trust me, not even a hint of it is detected in the finished product. The only problem you might encounter is over-indulging in this sweet treat!
Edit: This is a slightly different version than the Absurdly Easy Chocolate Cake by Boutell.Com. But it is different!

I'm making it right now and the batter tasted AWESOME! Always a good sign.

Ok so I just finished this cake... the batter was absolutely delicious. I did have to cook this for ~45 minutes rather than 30 for it to not be gooey inside, though. With icing it's even better, mmm.

This stuff is amazing. I made a batch today and made around two dozen cupcakes, but instead of using water, I used coffee and more cocoa powder, as well as rice milk. Even the omnis approve. It took about a half hour or so for cupcakes.
