how do i figure this out? i mean, its going to have less fiber than the whole fruit once i have shoved it through my juicer, but wont it also have less calories? anyone know how to count the nutritional information for fresh juices?

no, it won't have less calories than the fruit itself
look at the nutritional info for prepped juice: 8oz= 100-120 cal. why? it's not as dense as the fruit..

I just checked on nutritiondata.com, and for fresh oranges vs. raw orange juice, the calories are in fact, higher, not lower. I'm not sure why the change, NOR do I know if all fruits/veggies do this when juiced or not (unfortunately, nutritiondata is little help here because most of their juices listed are commercial juices, not home done ones - the raw orange juice was the exception I could find).
Hopefully, one of the science heads around here can answer this question for sure or not cause now I'm curious. :yes:
