I didn't see another thread rating this product, so I started my own. :)
Oh boy, I'm on my second carton of this stuff. Soy Delicious' Purely Decadent "soy cream" frozen desserts are awesome. It makes me not miss ice cream. And I'm not planning on going vegan. But I don't mind giving up ice cream. I thought I wouldn't ever be able to do that. Well. Now I can say with some certainty that I'm through clogging my arteries with the butterfat of any ice cream!
So far, I've had the Cookie Avalanche and the Mint Chocolate Chip frozen goodies. I must say the Mint Chip is superior to my taste buds. The Cookie Avalanche was good, but the soy taste was more obvious in that one. The mint one, being drenched in yummy mintiness, is sheer delight. It's light. It's got a creamy, smooth texture. The chocolate swirls are tas-ty beyond belief. And there's NO aftertaste. Just a clean, happily sweet palette.
My next pint will be the Peanut Butter. Review to come! :smitten:
Anyone else recommend any other flavors??
I haven't compared this to the Soy Dream line of frozen "soy creams". Maybe someone else can offer their 2 cents.

Before I decided to try being vegan, I was hooked on Baskin Robbins Jamoca Almond Fudge, my favorite flavor in the world. I was sad at the idea of giving it up. But somebody here on VB hipped me to Soy Delicious Purely Decadent Mocha Almond Fudge, and it solved my little problem! :lick:  It's so good I don't miss the moo stuff! Yum!

Oh sure, go and remind me how long it's been since I've had my Soy Delicious fix. :(
Mocha Almond Fudge and Cookie Avalanche are my favorites.
I don't buy them very often any more though cuz I have this problem with portion controls.

I love Soy Delicious!! It is soo yummy!
I've only had Cookie Avalanche & Peanut Butter Zigzag so far, but I was pretty impressed. I didn't know what to expect from soy ice cream. I'd say they did a pretty good job. Cookie Avalanche was my fav. of the 2. Now I want some! LOL

Vegan ice cream I really prefer over normal ice cream because you can eat a voluminous amount if you like - but not feel like a ball of death afterwards. And it's not like it isn't rich in flavour and texture, either.
I'm digging on the Soy Delicious Fruit-Sweetened ice creams. I've tried Espresso and Chocolate Peanut Butter, and just bought a pint of Green Tea today. I wish Whole Foods carried more of the flavours; I'm dying to try Black Leopard.

I've had the peanut butter zig=zag, and one other, I believe it was called fudge brownie, or something to that effect. It was absolutely wonderful, unfortunately, my omni SO decided he was going to eat both containers on the way home!
It is truley amazing, at least the Purely Decadent line. I haven't been brave enough to try the regular stuff.

Oh wow. Thanks to those who recommended I try the Turtle Trails flavor. I got that instead of the Peanut Butter Zig-Zag, because, honestly, I didn't see it at the market.
The Turtle Trails is amazing!!
Also got the Raspberry a la Mode. Goodness me. I think I'm addicted!!
I LOVE that the sat fat content is so low!! And there's no cholesterol. Amazing stuff. Forget low-fat ice cream. I think it's finally over between us. LOL! :)

This stuff is seriously addictive. I think they lace it with something. It boggles me how it can taste so much like ice cream... and yet not be.
I think I just found a new favorite. LOL! The Mocha Almond Fudge. Baskin WHO? :) (yeah, how many cartons have I had since I posted my first review? ... I've lost count! :dizzy: )
I think I need portion control courses. :|

Don't forget the Cherry Nirvana! (a good Cherry Garcia patch :D) For the mint/chocolate combo though, I really preferred Soy Cream.
Then, upon moving to the UK, I discovered Swedish Glace. I'd bet good money that you could serve this stuff to an omnivore and they wouldn't know it was dairy. It's sooooo good.
