Ok, so as you can imagine, I was pretty heated when my Dad, while rototilling the little plot I was using for my garden, managed to leak about 2 ounces of gasoline in it.
How concerned should I be? I already planted my few little rows, and I am pretty much thinking I'm going to just forget about it. But the more I think about the gas in the soil- in the plant's food itself- the more bothered I get about the idea of feeding veggies from my garden to my family. What do you think?!

2 oz is not a problem. It prob isn't nec, but you could scoop out any obviously wet soil, and put it where you won't be growing anything for a couple of months. The gasoline will decompose in a few months. It's organic. Otherwise just spread it out a bit, so it isn't all in one spot. Over about a 3 foot by 3 foot area. That should dilute it enough so that it isn't a problem. Most if it will evaporate within a few hours.

Yay, I am so glad!! I wouldn't want to be feeding contaminated veggies to everyone. It was spread over a pretty big 10 foot by 10 foot area, and it had about five hours to evaporate before we planted. :D
