Diabetic Exchange Diet

Does Anyone follow the diabetic exchange diet?

I am going to start following it when the school year starts and I start my work out regime.

Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone else follows it.

I don't have any experience in this type of diet. It looks complicated, though, but perhaps it's simpler with a book at hand. Anyway, I would be interested in your experiences if no one else shows up.

i am being treated for anorexia and my nutritionist likes the diabetic exchange thing because then you're not dealing with counting calories, etc. i guess the same way that i had to gain weight is the best way to lose weight... it's balanced and easy, once you get used to it...
