Hi all,
I'm still very new to raw foods so I wanted to put the question out there. Before I went raw, I liked to have a cup of decaf coffee or tea in the evening. Now of course I can't do that. Is there anything else I can have besides water and juice (not a big fan of juices except in smoothies :D)?
Could I have tea as long as it's cold tea? Are there any teas that are considered raw?

I love iced tea, too. This is my first summer without it. I have substituted honey or agave nectar and raw lemon in warn water when I really need something warm. Sometimes i add spices, such as cinnamon or cloves. Or pour it over ice to make a lemonade.

You can make sun tea. Just brew it in the sun instead of with boiled water.
You can also make nut milks. If you get a nutmilk bag it will be just like the store stuff. Make it from any nut (soaked) with honey and vanilla extract if you want. You can also add carob for 'chocolate milk'

You can search for nutmilk bags online. THere are a few places that carry them.
Also, some people use the paint strainer bags you get from places like Lowes, Home Depot. Those work just as well.
