Congrats! It really is easier than you think (especially if you like to cook and you're a bit daring when it comes to trying new things.) I've even found that the foods that are meant to be meat substitutes, I like a whole lot better than the real thing (never was a big meat-eater in the first place.)

Yay! Mark this date and celebrate it in years to come! My last omni day was June 14th, 2000. Every year I make a huge veggie fest on the 15th of June to celebrate the decision to go vegetarian.

I think it's not going to be too difficult, at least, eating at home, Spain it's not famous for veg-restorants though. Anyway I'm so relief I finally took the decision.
