View Full Version : Big thighs and rear end...help?

Okie dokie then. i admit it, i've got rather large thighs and butt (compared to the rest of my body which is pretty average...not skinny, but alright). my thighs are on the muscular side...but could use some serious toning. but i don't know what excercises would help me out. i don't have access to any equipment whatsoever, and running isn't really an option (it hurts my knees and ankles). so, anybody got any easy ideas i could use? please and thank you!

cardio to increase leanness with make you look toned.
