I got this crappy head, sinus thing that I cant seem to get rid of. I start feeling better then it comes back. It seems to be widespread here in Mi. Anybody else dealing with it?

It's allergies, no? I've had terrible allergies the last couple weeks (headache fron sinus congestion, some sneezing, even a bit of a sore throat) and they say the pollen count (in the northeast US anyways) is out of this world right now.
Take an antihistamine!

Yep (on the crappy-head, sinus thing). In the past 2 states I've lived in this has happened and it hits with a vengence! The thing that helps me is to get sublingual allergy stuff at the HFS and take it. Sublingual meds go under the tongue (for those that may not know) and it knocks out whatever's going on at the time. Crappy head, sinus that aches near the eyes, throat that feels messed up (from backdrain), clicking, whatever. This stuff knocks it all out and does it like "right now"! I love this stuff!
The brand I like best is Dolisis, but I've not seen that in a while so I just try to get whatever has "X" factors in the active ingredients. For example, on my bottle, it lists:
Ambrosia Artemisiaefolia 6X, Succinicum Acidum 3X, .....
from there, the lable gets hard to read because the bottle goes everywhere I go so it's pretty worn but it works great, too and I don't get drowsy or hyper from it. Great stuff

Budda, I'm surrounded by Ocean and this time of year can be quite damp. I sometimes get a stuffy sinus-ey type of thing happening and have found something pretty simple that works quite well.
Now don't laugh :)
Those BreatheRight nasal strips you can buy at any drugstore. There's no medication, nothing. You simply apply one to your nose and its like instant relief as it forces open your nasal passages. Obviously its not something you would likely wear to a meeting or some public place, but for working out, or even sleeping or watching a hockey game on TV... I find it works great.
I'm not one for taking pills for anything. I have to be hurting something fierce to ingest so much as a Tylenol, or even a vitamin. So those little BreatheRight strips are the "cat's meow" for me.
