O.K. so I'm a few days late. Sorry. :juggle:

Mission: The VeggieBoards Hamster Club is a group of fitness/health minded vegans and vegetarians who support each other in their endeavors in fitness, diet, and health. Anyone who chooses can post to this thread. There are no dues or fees, just a desire to share our efforts and support one another.


Yesterday I had a kick ass hot yoga class that was awesome. I sweat rivers and worked out good.

Today it was abs, and weights in the gym. 20 minutes on the treadmill walking fast and 20 minutes on the stationary bicycle.

I haven't posted in a VB Hamster thread for some time, but I've been working out. (self) :whip:

Aerobically, I walk briskly, and since the snow has been gone I've been doing that a lot more. Lately I've been adding sets of repetitions to my strength training at the local YMCA, too, but because of my slender build, I don't know how far I can progress. The warm, loose feeling I get after a workout is an added incentive to do it, though.

bad workout day...couldn't run the whole thing so i had to take walking breaks and now i still feel pretty dizzy even after eating lentils, rice, and an apple...and drinking tons of water...

Overslept for yoga today. But yesterday I had a good workout.
