It is made with Rice Dream. I tried the Imperial White Peach flavor and it was very good. It didn't taste like tea, but that was probably a good thing...

I found it at Wild Oats. I am not sure if Whole Foods has it, but I haven't seen it anyplace else.

I haven't tried these yet because they're $4 for a pint and I'm always on a budget:( I can't wait to try them when they go on sale though! I like that they used Rice Dream which makes better-tasting "ice cream" than soy milk IMO :)

I had the Chocolate Caramel Chai and it was pretty good. It didn't taste like tea, but it did have the charactaristic flavor of chai spices.

Actually I've been able to find this in standard grocery stores whereas the Soy Delicious line is difficult to find except in health food stores or Whole Foods. (none of which I have in close proximity).
I'm not sure the "Tea" in the title is reflective of ANY of them, there isn't much tea taste, but Celestial Seasonings usually sells highly flavored teas anyway, that taste like peach, ginger, chai or whatever instead of "tea"...

I think the flavors are just reflective of some of their flavored teas.
And it is VERY good non-dairy frozen desert. I don't think they are all vegan though, most but not all, I think anyway... or that might just be some flavors of rice dream itself... i forgets
edit:
New Celestial Seasonings Tea Dreams™ are indulgently dessertful combinations of smooth, creamy Rice Dream® non-dairy frozen dessert and the extraordinary flavor of many of your favorite Celestial Seasonings teas.
