before going vegan (full omni) i was tired all the time. after the change i immediately felt better all around, including more energy. now i am starting to get that dragging feeling again. everyone tells me it's the heat (it's over 100 degrees every day here) but i am wondering if it is something more.

what could i be missing from my diet that could cause this?

How is your B-vitamin intake? Make sure you are getting enough B (especially 6 and 12) and iron, along with Vitamin C rich foods.

Your fatigue might have nothing to do with your diet but something else- Like an underlying condition or maybe some sort of hormonal inbalance. Maybe a check-up is in order. :hamster:

How's your water intake? Particularly when it's so hot, making sure you have enough fluids is important.

I admit my water intake has been lower than it should be lately. This is a silly excuse, but I left my hard plastic water bottle at my daughter's dance class and I have been slacking off ever since.

I will start supplementing with Vitamin B. My soy protein intake should definitely be adequate. I eat a ton of soy...

Maybe I should get a check up. I would rather go to a holistic doctor than a white coat lab guy who is just gonna write me some prescription for some crap and send me on my way. wugh...doctors irk me.

Have you had a blood sugar test recently?

Sometimes for some people soy can affect your thyroid function. However...none of us really knows, so I think you really should see a doctor...it couldn't hurt. Good Luck!
