I have heard so much about this place and finally went today, and the food is fantastic!!

I have been a vegan most of my life, and although I am not eat totally raw,
my diet is probably about 75% raw.......

Arnolds Way is a 100% Raw Cafe and I highly recommend it ( I want to go back tomorrow!)

I know Arnold!! I actually recently became vegan after he gave a lecture in one of my fitness classes. (Also after reading The Food Revolution, it was really both of these that got me started)

I haven't switched all the way to raw but I think he makes some great points and have since started making my own green smoothies. I will keep going back to him all summer though, for his famous banana whips!!
