So, I was looking at both Odawalla and Naked Juices and it does not say its a raw food. It says it was flash papsturized I believe. Does anyone have any suggestions on whether or not it would fit well into a raw diet. Thanks so much!

No, they are not raw. You have to juice your own fruits and vegetables for raw juice. If you are lucky enough to have a health food store or juice bar that juices while you wait, then you can buy from those sources. Otherwise, most bottled juices are pasteurized.

Samuel beat me to it! Not raw, not raw at all! :(
I found the Naked Juice a long time ago. I tried the green one and loved it.
Damn flash pasteurization!

I have to admit, that while on vacation, there were times when the Odwalla Superfood juice was the closest thing to raw that I could find. I drank it up and did feel great afterwards. I am high raw and I don't feel the drinks have hurt my body at all. I drink them rarely, though.
They sell them at Starbucks now. They will blend them into a smoothie if you ask them to. That means you can go out with your friends to Starbucks!
