I'm convinced there's a deeply profound message in that vid. I just need to play it a few thousand more times to find it.

On a more serious note, a friend of mine attended a Rotary fair at Central Park, Burke Rd, East Malvern today. Noticing that another event called "Pets In The Park" was being held concurrently at the same park, he wandered over to see what it was all about. Upon hearing lots of barking and yelping he followed the sound to a tent, in which members of the German Shepherd Club of Victoria were having a right ol' laugh and enjoying cold beverages. Behind the tent was a whole bunch of german shepherds - caged in metal animal trailers and sweltering in the 30 degree heat.
It would be terrible if the club, whose website is at www.gsdcv.org.au (http://www.gsdcv.org.au), received an influx of angry emails, faxes etc. from concerned animal lovers. I also wouldn't recommend contacting the members whose phone numbers are listed on this page (http://www.gsdcv.org.au/contact_us.htm) with complaints about the treatment of their dogs. That wouldn't be the done thing.

It's hard to comment when one hasn't seen the evidence. Pics would have been good.
BTW - I'm assuming that we're talking about dogs and not yer actual German shepherds?

No that's right Bof, a group of shepherds visiting from Germany were all huddled in cages, yelping and barking for their lives.
Animals Australia Action Network (http://www.animalsaustralia.org/action/welcome.php) offers the opportunity to join an active group of dedicated, likeminded people, working together to make real change for animals.

Which is not to be confused with unreal change. :)
