I watched bits of the Sky News footage from the election night tonight. Nelson was a dipstick - so uptight. All the guest pollies were getting into the spirit of it being very casual and having a laugh, and he was being so serious. :dizzy:
I want one of Bob Hawke's "union thug" badges too
I had a quick squiz a while ago but I didnt see that bit. :help:

This made me chuckle :)
from the blurb on the UT site:
This video is not suppose to be funny! If it was meant to be funny, I'd categorize it as 'Comedy'. The fact you Aussies find this video funny just shows how little you people want to change and learn how the rest of the world see y'all.
Sure, perhaps I'm a little blunt and harsh in some of my statements, but this is in no way a 'hate' video. It's just an observation that I am sure most of you would agree with. As an American, I have the right to free speech and I would like to vent my personal criticism of Australia and it's people, the Aussies!

Hmm....looks like the work of an aussie :)
Krystal F. looks so different and natural in that clip. Her face has Hollywood fodder written all over it now.
FUSSY eaters and vegetarians are worried they may go hungry at office Christmas parties because their dietary needs will not be met by mass-catering menus.
According to a survey by Menulog, an online restaurant booking and information service, many people are forced to eat a poorly put together option while the rest of the office enjoys a sumptuous meal.

Just a quick FYI: (KEYBOARD TIP)
I know you guys don't like me posting here, so this is just one in the clear, I think that about your keyboard reversible, by pressing certain keys, only I don't know how its done. You might find the answer on the web. I don't think it is automatically a fault with your keyboard always.

It's dependent on the regional settings of Windows. You have your keyboard configured to a US layout. Assuming you're using Win XP:
start -> control panel -> regional and language options.
Switch to the "languages" tab, click on "details", and you should be able to change your keyboard region from there.

Thanks for the tip LB but my board is actually configged to the UK layout that's why the buttons are reversed. But the problem I actually have is not be able to unconfigure it. I can change it but every time I restart it defaults to a UK setting.
Kali showed me that I can switch between layouts by pressing shift&Alt but it doesn't stay that way. I'm using Vista too not XP. Several people have looked at it today and are a bit stumped at what the issue is.
we dont give an airborne root where you post,
And I've always giggled at "I don't give a flying firetruck. Though "root" is, apparently, quite region specific.
