Nah I go Richmond Rd way.. You think that's bad though, you should see my street. They're widening the road into 4 lanes  this is a suburban st mind you. Its going to join up with the Orbital whenever they finish it..so our street is now one way with ditches, gravel and water everywhere. The idiots from council broke our water pipe so we had to run our water from the FIRE HYDRANT! Then some farmer pinched the hose and attachment so we had no water for a day until the could fix it :D . Goddamnit.

You lazy bum :D .
I was shivering at the train station by 7am. My fingers went bright red from the cold.

I wouldn't say warm, just not cold... cool is right. But if I was wearing more I would be warm. But I'm lazy. And compared to Idaho this IS warm... I was wearing three layers every day up there... and was still cold.

Do you remember the old diesel train that used to go from Richmond to Riverstone, where you changed to an electric one? I hated catching that thing in the winter, especially in the rain.

Was it yellow and blue? Hmm... I used to get one straight through so maybe it was before I went to richmond campus?
I don't mind catching the train cause I get to read for 2 hours a day instead of 2+ hours of mindless driving. But yeah its a pain when its cold and wet. Esp. at Schofields station with no footpaths to speak of! I really wish they'd finish the extra richmond line though - its so unfair. When I wait in the arvo for a train there are more than 6 Penrith trains every hour and only 2 for the Richmond service.

Some guy out here wants them to stop the trains at Mulgrave and have buses out to Richmond.... that's so stupid.

Oh, top stuff  I can really see people loving that. Trudging off the train and back onto a bus. Esp. since when they run rail buses the buses often take off before the train gets there which is so helpful. We had a rail bus driving up the wrong side of our now one way street the other week. And he tooted me! Sonofabitch!
I haven't done any work today, I'm get so busted one of these days. heehee

To get to that health food shop I mentioned, when you get off the train at Richmond station, walk down the stairs, turn left, walk by Maccas (quickly) and cross straight over at the lights. Then walk up to the market place, but go to the entrance at the Uni end.
As you walk in it will be on the right, opposite a dry cleaner. The Savoury Yeast is usually on a stand on the right, at the very entrance to the shop.
