Any excuse for sushi. Now I live close to Globefish, so I've been frequenting them fairly often (they have this amazing cold cooked spinach salad in a sesame sauce), but it's always good to branch out with the sushi.

I think we should pick a date and target that. Just throwing this out there, but how about Wednesday, April 2 (next week). Synergy... need some help from you on where we should go as you probably know which is the best place around.

That sucks. I (and everyone I work with) caught something like that last week. It might be the same thing if you feel like you have a horrible mutation of a flu/cold that drains all your energy and will to live.

April 2nd does work for me if it's around or after 7pm. We could also wait till the following week to see if you get better. I think you should be fine within a week or so. Our veggie immune systems are amazing after all, :p

Well, I am happy anywhere that has good miso soup and avocado rolls.
If I have to recommend some places, I would say Globefish (either in Marda Loop or Kensington) or Soba10 noodle house (5th St and 11th ave SW), they have lots of veggie and vegan options, not just sushi, but soba and buckwheat noodles, soups, sushi, tofu, etc. There are also a few place closer to you (if you are still in the same building Jeff), like Hanna Sushi, or Kyoto 17. We could also do something like the Coup. They have one kind of sushi :D

What do you guys think?

I would be shocked if we manage more than 6 ppl.

Unless we hear from Jeff and everyone soon, I don't know if the 12th is workable. I also just remembered, I have to go to a concert at the u of c about 9 pm that night. Not saying it wouldn't work... just that I couldn't linger.
