I saw it on the news,and the next day a guy at work also mentioned it.

They showed someone`s lawn and it was completely white.

It's so strange how there is different weather in diff parts of the city, although I suppose it's only natural since the city is close to 60kms North/ South with all kinds of elevations. I'm sad the weather has been so cold. I was hoping for a beautiful Indian Summer.

The last 2 weeks here in Montreal were probably the best of the summer,but today it is so cold.The first day that I have worn a jacket.

We should get a group together for the November potluck. I went to one of their meet-and-greets and it was a little awkward, it was mostly much older people who already knew each other. Still, they were a very nice group.

Hey guys... been AWOL for a while due to a lot of personal stuff but I'm glad to see people are still talking about meeting (although the actual meetings seem to be another matter :)

It's hard for me to plan a long ways off these days, but I should be able to make Nov. 2. How do these things work? Just show up?

Darn, you guys keep picking days that are silly for me. Actually, pretty much every weekend day is silly busy, so... :p

I'm thinking we should all get together and do dinner again one night. But... I'm also thinking the new year may be more feasible. Oct, Nov + Dec are pretty much a write off for me doing anything except working (although that shouldn't stop the rest of you guys!)
