guys, i never seem to catch bugs or anything, so if anybody has any suggestion as to whats going on here...jump in ok?
in the last 24 hours i ate-
dinner- veggies and tofu in a really tasty sauce
2am- 2tbs PB and a bite (forced, damnit. no literally) of chocolate cream cake (that was way before expiry date)
6 30- am, piece and a half of no wheat organic grain toast and vegemite, black coffee and a weird corn biscuit thing.
8am- 2 weetbix in hot water (porridge:>) with cinnamon and raisins
did 20 mins of this strength excersises tape with housemate coz she was too embarassed to do it on own, eeheh. wasn't tiring. i do a lot more than that of physical activity.
12pm ish- an apple, a carrot, 2 tbs PB, 2 sugar cookies,
(this is after falling back asleep, sleeping through my classes, doing absaloutely nothing)
THEN..
walked for like 10 mins to uni (normally walk the whole 40)..and felt really strange. like i was walked on clouds and kind of dizzy. and had the wierd clammy kind of sweat happening, not the work-out sweat, the other kind. ew.
so got on tram instead and by the time i was at uni my hands were shaking and legs were shaking. so i thought maybe i just needed more food or something but at this point nausea had set in, and the thought of food made me sick. but i couldn't think of another cause. so trammed back home, shaking like a crazy person?!..and ate a handful of cashews and a handful of macadamias AND the only sugary thing i could find (don't normally eat regular sugar , don't even like it much but stomach was so full and feeling wierd so energy in other foods would've taken up too much room) was a Crunchie bar, ate about half the chocolate from around the outside and then literally couldn't face it. came upstairs to distract self and WOAH. sickest i have EVER felt. sweating. vomiting. just weirdness. in general. no stomach PAIN though, just ..i dont know.
so yeah, maybe its some bug, but i never get them so i dont really know. lol.
it doesn't feel like that, or like food poisoning. if feels like when you don't eat enough and shake around etc, only with added nausea and with having eaten enough. WHAT THE DICKENS..

Was it hot outside? Maybe you overexerted and/or overheated yourself.

its not hot at all. and i went to fitday (which i refrain from these days coz it freaks me out sometimes..) and added up my calories..ive already had 1600 and its only 3pm. more than usual. so its not that. its bizarre. right now my stomach feels stuffed, my limbs still have that 'haven't eaten enough' shaky feeling and i have no idea how to make any of this stop. i literally feel like i could fall asleep right here, too.
its highly uncharacteristic!

1600 calories really isn't a lot honey. If you feel like you need a nap you and have one. If you are coming down with something it's the best thing to do.

i know its not that much, but considering its only 3 40 and i feel shakily ravenous but sick at the same time, it just had me confused. especially coz ive moved less today and yesterday than ever before!!
and yes..sleep would be good.
but if i sleep at 3 41 in the avo my sleeping patterns will go all whacked out, won't they? crap crap crap. im getting nothing done here, completely listless. and i FEEL hungry, but dont want food. and don't erally need it. just a big bundle of frustrated confusion this avo!!
yuck.

Best thing to do is get off the internet and stop thinking about it as much as you can. If you need sleep you need sleep. Bugger regular patterns. If you are hungry and haven't eaten much then you need food. Eat something plain like toast, have a bit of a kip, and see how you feel.

Taurus, I'm getting kind of concerned about you. You seem very pre-occupied with what is going on with your body all the time. Maybe what you are really experiencing is generalized anxiety.
Try your best to mellow about a bit :) As Kiz said, go and have something to eat and have a nap....you'll probably wake up feeling better.

1600 calories really isn't a lot honey.
No it isn't. especially if you are exercising.

back. the cat woke me up (so cute:) SO cute . too hard to be mad when what crawls onto you is that adorable).
Astro- yes , i noticed that the concerned-ness was growing so in the last few days ive tried to bring it to a halt. with a fair amount of success actually, even to the point of us buying trans-fat filled biscuits because we were dying for them specifically and not counting calories and going 'over' fibre and everything. and its been fun, and great, kind of unnerving though. but the fun and great cancel that out right? finally started realising that there's no point living forever if life sucks! :) eeeheehee.
but i DID go back and analyse what i ate, because i couldn't see why if i eat so well i sometimes feel so ghastly. part of the stopping the analysing was definetely to see if a lot of the feeling exhausted DESPITE RDA iron and perfect amounts of everything was the planning everything around it, and i fully expected to find that it was and so stop it all. that being said...today im completely drained, without having thought about food at all.
and it could be something completely unrelated to diet, anyway.
im actually noticing a difference in thought patterns, social stuff is a priority rather than spartan diet, and thats way better:D and sleeping in the middle of the day because i need to and not freaking out about then having weeks and weeks of imperfect sleep, yknow? but i have a feeling after a week or so of this...ill figure it has 'gone on long enough' and its time to pull back in the reigns. ill make sure i dont though, because it IS better like this. and i LIKE BISCUITS. yay. eheheh. and ive been getting more done. so much uni work etc. til today. just can't focus. at all. i honestly feel like crap. its awful. but thats life, right?:) sometimes it happens like that.
Pixelle- I know this, but im NOT excersising, yesterday and today ive felt too sh*t to, barely able to get up. this morning was *barely* excersise, i did the half assed version of the already low key work out, for just 20 mins. and haven't walked to uni or anything. so while i dont feel guilty, per se, about that. im kinda reluctant to eat piles and piles. plus when i typed that it was only about 2pm and to ahve had that much by then is a fair amount when youre someone who spreads it pretty evenly throughout the day. its at LEAST not an amount that normally leaves me shaky and odd and hungry.
and i have nothing against, these days, eating more than i feel like i should, just because my body seems to want more. its hard to interperate though if you feel simultaneously sick though. if that makes any sense.
astro- ahaha. you rock :) truly. you both do, actually. :)

Could it be appendicitus? -- is their any pain on the right side? (I know you said no pain, but I am talking about pain when you push down hard, not just by itself). I always worry about people who might not have had their appendix out because the symtoms for me were 1) feeling fine 2) suddenly disliking the scent of food (we were in a chocolate store) 3) feeling bloated and needing to run to the bathroom, but not being able to go 4) sweaty, clammy, cold, body going white (symtoms of shock) 5) needing to vomit but couldn't 6) wanting to faint, seeing "white". Luckily I was with a nurse at the time. I was taken to the hospital, and right through to emergency surgery after having my white blood count taken (to show infection). after surgery, the doctor said by the time I got to the hospital, I had about a day to live (he actually said more like 45 minutes)-- thats how bad it was. So I wouldn't take those symtoms lightly (thats just me). Supposedly the big symtom is green colored anything out of you (TMI-- but important to know). If you feel you are totally going to keel over, then it is hospital time. The most interesting thing was that the doc said it was so bad I had been "leaking" and had paratenitus (abdominal infection) for at least a year. symtoms would have been disintrest in eating, sleeping a lot, generalised spacyness...In other words you could be reacting to a long term low grade infection caused by something about to blow. Best way to find out is get a blood count done. Do you have a health center at your school? It might be a good idea to see a nurse.
