Pretty much any time is good for me. I haven't been to Marymoor much -- is there shelter there in case the rain gods shed their wrath?

So I think it's high time we do a meetup. I'm thinking maybe a meetup with pets, or do a picnic, or maybe both. How about Marymoor Park in Redmond? Just brainstorming here. Throw out some ideas and some potential dates.
We generally go to Marymoor every weekend and sometimes during the week if Havoc is with me. If you have a dog the off leash area is a great walk.

There are covered areas and wide open fields; bike velodrome, bike path that runs to Seattle and almost all the way around Lake Washington, and a trail that kinda begins at the back entrance to Marymoor and runs around Lake Sammish. RC airplane field, baseball, soccer, etc.... Marymoor is a very big park.

On the down side it now costs a dollar a day to park.

After the 21st would be best for me at a big park - my knee should be working reasonably well by then. I do have a part-time border collie.

I would be up for doing the meetup thing. My last final is on May 3rd, so most of May is up for grabs before summer session starts. I'm going to be working but I can shuffle things around with enough notice.

I'd for sure do a meetup... I'm pretty open - and for future reference as well, Froggy will be up here to visit the week of the 4th of July so I'd love to have some sort of get-together then too, he'd LOVE to meet other VBers.... let's pencil something in folks...
