Seth has established roots within the restaurant industry for almost 18 years studying Italian, Indian, French and Mediterranean cuisine. In addition to his formal training, Seth has created a gourmet line of vegan organic and gluten-free prepared foods, runs a successful catering company in NYC, and has an organic foods restaurant in NJ in the works!
