I've been struggling to workout on any sort of a regular basis...tough to keep up that motivation! A friend has been really enjoying this program called PUSH which has monthly customized DVDs with a personal trainer and cardio too which I'm going to start using. Has anyone else used it? Any tips for this or general thoughts on staying motivated?
I havn't personally used it, but I have heard that those sorts of clubs and group support networks are fantastic for keeping up the motivation and keeping you interested! Good luck Dahlia!
