Compassionate Action for Animals is sponsoring another free showing of the Peaceable Kingdom documentary on Tuesday, October 26th at the Univ. of MN Blegen Hall - Room 435. Tonight on KARE11 news at 10, they are showing a "meatless challenge". It's a bunch of omnivores taste testing fake meats. Looks like good stuff! :vebo:

Sorry hon. It's too hard for me when it's at 7:00. I'm off work at 4:00, then it takes me an hour to get home, and would take me an hour (at least) to get back, so that doesn't seem very practical. And sitting around for three hours just doesn't sound like fun. But I hope you have a good time!!

Another queston. I was just checking out Pizza Luce-Duluth's brunch menu, and realized how much I miss brunch. When I was lacto-ovo veg, my husband and I went out for Sunday brunch quite frequently. Are there good vegan-friendly brunch places in the metro? Thanks again!
