Is anyone familiar with flaked spelt? I am having a tough time sprouting and was wondering if anyone has made a bread with flaked spelt instead of sprouted?

I've never heard of flaked spelt. Is it like partially milled spelt seeds? Anyway, I used to make raw bread using flax seeds. I would grind them up and mix them with the other ingredients and it worked out fine. I'm sure you could try the same thing with flaked spelt.
