Actually... when are us DC area folks getting together again? We should go to Mandalay! :)

I'm interested in going (although I didn't make it last time) if you guys go to Laurel or somewhere near there. I can't get all the way out to DC or VA.

Then Mandalay in College Park would be a perfect choice. :) Who else is interested?

I'm interested! I have to give myself a :whip: because I said we would do the next DC gathering much sooner than this, but it's been an insane spring. My schedule doesn't free up for a few more weeks, so I'd propose selecting a date later in May, but feel free to schedule it sooner if you're all impatient. :)

Later in May = Good. I'll be in mad hectic form until about the 21st.
Another good maryland veg*n restaurant: http://www.thevegetablegarden.com/
Mainly Asian food, walking distance from the white flint metro stop (red line). Fairly pricey, 8-10 bucks a dish, one dish is enough for two people. Also has vegan soup, appetizers and desserts.
Note that if you use yahoo maps for directions and are coming from 495, yahoo has you turning left one turn too early.

Went there for lunch today, actually.
Although I think I'm a bigger fan of Yuan Fu, right up the Pike.

I've been to their new location.
It is a 15 min drive from College Park.
It is also a ten min walk from the Silver Spring Metro.
