hello coloradians, i might be moving out to Fort. Collins for a year to be eligable for in state tuition so i can go to CSU. can anyone tell me anything about this place?

I live in Downtown Denver and frequently visit Boulder. Any good veg restaurants there? I haven't really found any yet which seems weird.

There is the Boulder Tea House which has a lot of veg and even vegan dishes.

Wahoos fish taco makes me custom veggie bowls at the 20th Street/Uptown location.

Anyone else eaten at Watercourse and had bad service? Sometimes it's good but others it's just horrible!

I live in Denver also. I have eaten at Watercourse a few times. The service isn't great, but the food's pretty good.

There's a vegan fast food place in Boulder called VG Burgers that I think is really good. It's all organic too. I went to another place there that I think was called Leaf or something like that. I wasn't too impressed with them though.

Hello! I am new to the forum. Any vegetarians/vegans in Manitou Springs or in the vicinity? In case anyone is going to visit Manitou, Adam's mountain cafe has an excellent veggie burger, called The Planet Burger. Even my carnivous family and friends love it!!

hey, i'm not in Colorado but i'm looking into a college there and was wondering how easy it is to be vegan in Boulder.

I don't think you would have any trouble being vegan in Boulder. They have a lot of vegetarian and vegetarian friendly restaurants there, including a vegan fast food place I mentioned above. I think there's like three Whole Foods there too. Probably one of the easiest places to be a vegan actually.
