I almost went to Cilantro Live when I was in San Diego in January! My bf and I didn't end up going...I think we went to Coronado Island instead. I love San Diego! I'm going back for my birthday in May.

I live next to Apple hill, but I'm SO busy right now...I have no free time with school, work, and volunteering with 2 or 3 different organizations and all of my meetup groups.

Maybe go to the Sacramento Vegan meetup group's website and post a message about going to apple hill,...they have 220 people and one or two of them are bound to be interested.

Thank You. He's doing better :) He had a vertebrate issue, has a heart murmur and an enlarged heart. The vet will be treating him for heart disease soon. :) The back thing is under control with daily meds :)

I didn't end up trying Cilantro Live! because we parked in the Gaslamp District, thinking it was around there, turns out it was a few miles away, not within walking distance. So I settled on this place called Dakota. My boyfriend (Mark) got the Goat Cheese Pizza which was DELICIOUS and I got an Artichoke Pine Nut Linguini that was pretty good too! :) We have leftovers in our hotel fridge. I might go and have Cilantro Live! for lunch today... although I don't know because I might want to go to a place with a bar. 21! Woo-hoo! hehe

When I turned 21, my sister and a cousin took me to a comedy club. I didn't drink anything alcoholic (I really wasn't interested in drinking) and watched a bad comedian deliver some really bad jokes. I wish I could return to my 21st birthday just so I could do it all over again, better. -sigh-

For dinner, we had reservations at a very nice restaurant. I even spent $100 on a nice dress and everything. Our reservation was at 7... we left the hotel at 6. Turns out, downtown San Diego was having some sort of sporting event. My boyfriend and I sat in traffic for an hour (no parking, barely moving at all) and decided we'd had enough. We canceled our reservations and went somewhere else. It wasn't the nicest restaurant, but it had a bar, so I was happy. Got my 1 drink... Midori Sour :)

We might go to this restaurant tomorrow for lunch, depending on traffic. :)

My mom's favorite place in SF is The Greens. I haven't eaten there yet, but she says it is fantastic.

I live near Fresno, CA. We are here until my husband finishes this sea duty tour and I finish my MA in speech language pathology. Then I have no idea where we will be going.

Sadly, no one escapes Fresno. My family is still living here "just temporarily" for the past 20 years.
