I had asked about cooking classes and other people had expressed interest. It looks like Madeline Bistro is having a cooking class next week. It's in Tarzana, so I won't be able to make it.

me! me! me!!! i loooove tofu and I am SO going. I just called my boyfriend and I've almost convinced him to go by telling him there'll be meat....but he likes tofu :think: . Anyway I am totally going to be there, and I think it sounds really neat. Maybe he and I will share one of those pre-package things.

Oh #!%$@!! I just realized that I can't go to the Tofu Festival on the 12th unless it's in the evening (after 5:30 or so). Is anyone still interested in attending late Saturday, or maybe Sunday? Sorry!!! :(

How late will it run on Saturday. As I posted before, I can't go at all on Sunday; it's my dad's birthday.

The hours on Saturday are 2pm to 10pm, so if folks don't mind making an evening of it, that would work for me!
