Muesli porridge
Category: Breakfast

Suitable for a: vegan diet


Ingredients:
------------------------------------------------------

A few handfuls of porridge oats.
A few handfuls of bran flakes.
A few handfuls of chopped apricots and dates.
walnuts. crushed.
Brazil nuts chopped.

This will keep in an airtight container for a few weeks.


Instructions:
------------------------------------------------------

Put the amount you want in a bowl add soya milk and leave in fridge overnight. In the morning you can add Banana or berries to it, eat and enjoy.

by bran flakes do you mean just cereal, or something else?
